Pickup and ShippingIf you live in Ontario you can save the shipping cost and pick up your order at one of our pickup locations in Muskoka and Kawartha. Contact Us for pickup information. Most products are in stock and ready to ship. We primarily use Canada Post and Purolator. You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. We may ship your order in separate packages to expedite delivery. If your product is back ordered we will let you know expected delivery time through an order confirmation. We will ship to most locations within Canada at the shipping rate provided in the product description and shopping cart. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for remote locations. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get a shipping estimate. At this time we do not take orders for shipments outside of Canada. wrong with your order, we certainly want to
help you. Are you Missing an Item?Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we might have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured you won't be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you authorized originally. ReturnsWe will accept any unused item for return and credit you fully for the value of the product. Should you wish to make a return please call or email Customer Service. Products must be unused and returned prepaid in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. |
